Q.
I have been advised transabdominal cerclage after 12th weeks scan.. may I please know more about same.. has anyone had the cerclage?

JyotiMom of a 2 yr 6 m old child2 years agoA. Hi. I hope you are doing fine. Don’t panic at this moment. I’m 22 weeks pregnant today and I had it done on 17th week of my pregnancy when on a regular visit, my radiologist asked me to get it done to rule out any pre term delivery or mishap. I was given general anesthesia was admitted for a day. For next 5 days I was on strict bed rest but then on, I walk around my home. Still recommended to be on bed rest but not strict. And I feel nothing unusual. Hope I deliver a healthy baby on due time🙏🏻 Prayers and strength to you😇❤️ This time will pass soon and you and your baby will be healthy. Trust your body. Trust your doctor. Trust God🙏🏻
