I have baby girl 6 months 22 days aaj mene first time paani pilaya h use kuch sips uske baad se 3 time loose motion hua h lunch time se ab tk 3 time ho gya h

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 6 months of age the baby is having loose motions the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
