Q.

I have an abortion on Jan 20 till now I didn't get my regular period and I'm spotting bleeding 2 to 3 days once what might be the reason?

A. Maybe you have a hormonal imbalance which is why you are going through this issue and it is common after a miscarriage so you can consult the doctor for medicine to regulate your hormone so that your periods are going proper after that
