i have a problem of nose bleeding i m 4 month pregnant plzz tell me that is it nomal in pregnancy

Nose bleeding means epistaxis so try to have cold batore foods first of all and keep yourself hydrated as it also happens when the body is dehydrated and stay indoor during harsh sun time and if nose bleeds press the nasal bridge and apple ice pack to stop bleeding

It Actually has got no connection with the oh your pregnancy probably could be due to some another reason you can just use ice cube want to hear news that is going to help in stopping the bleeding but you do need to get a check with the doctor because it’s not very healthy at any point of time
