Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as it has been 6 months after delivery and you get pain at stitches ,it is advisable to visit your gynecologist it is important have Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated. take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist
