Q.
I have a 7 week old and I am breastfeeding. I have been having Diarrhea since yesterday. And sharp pain in my upper stomach. I took Electral and Gelusil (thinking the stomach pain is due to gas) tablet twice. But I am not sure if Gelusil is safe for breastfeeding. Can you suggest any breastfeeding safe medicine for Diarrhea and stomach pain?
