Q.
I have a 4 months old baby ...I'm not using abdominal belt now ..it won't work to me..I'm look like 5 months pregnant till now..I had c section plss suggest me best excise to reduce my tummy

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Even if you use a tummy belt it won’t help you in reducing the tummy fat so don’t feel about it. After you complete six months after surgery you can start doing abdominal exercises and regular cardio activities and also portion control. For now you can do brisk walkingWrite Your Answer Here

walk more
eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
Don't use processed and packaged food
Avoid maida , sugar and will
Don't use RO water
use millets rich diet
