A. I have already given him interogermina for 15 days two times in a day...but not got the appropriate result. Now, 4 days ago ,she got fever .Then ,I am giving her cefexime 50mg(2.5 ml two times ) and paracetamol..s o.s. Now,there is no fever. but loose motion is just alike.

A. Loose motion are mostly infective which could be bacterial or viral in origin. the most important thing is fluaaid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be managed properly. Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplement and ors solution. Antibiotics should be given if required by the doctor only .
