I have a 2-month-old baby whose nose is congested.. how to understand if its cold or only the nose is blocked..can you please explain ...

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symvbjptoms.
