Q.
I have a 15 days old baby boy, due to health concerns he is at NICU since 10 days. My lactation is not sufficient for him , anything that can be done to increase breast feed.

Fenugreek capsules you can take twice in a day once in the morning and once in the night before sleeping this will help in increasing your lactation but it’s not enough so you have to make sure to give plenty of fluids fibres and proteins in the diet that you have
