Q.

I have a 1 year old baby. He is having difficulty in doing potty but is not able to do it. What should I do?

A. This is may be due to constipation .give plenty of oral liquids to baby.avoid maida products like biscuits.give fibre rich contain food like green vegetables,bean etc.give some stool softner by your doctors advice only.

A. 1. Give water boiled with palm sugar candy. 2. Steamed apple and carrot can help too! 🥕🍎 3. Make sure their meals include rice. 4. Bananas are a great fruit option. 🍌 If constipation lasts more than 3 days, consult your pediatrician. They might suggest a suppository or milk of magnesia if needed. Always best to get professional advice, though!

A. Is it like that you mentioned because if it is about a hard motion then probably you should include more of fluid with the liquid in your child diet which is what is going to be healthy for you to use as of now
