Hi dear, As far as skin colour is concerned, it is hereditary and using soaps or creams will not change original skin colour, so don't think much about skin tone and make sure to use mild products only, you can use Johnson's Baby Soap, it keeps skin moisturized and also maintains the pH balance of skin.
