I have 8 months old daughter. Today her diaper are full and has stool that look loose. How do I know if these diaper full are because urine or loose motion. She has done this 3 times today. Is this common for babies for loose motion?

A. hello if she is having loose stool thwn start her om syp zinc and give it to her once a day for 2 weeks and also givw hwr prs amd other liquids at home.
