I have 4years kid with down syndrome, he has herpangina and fever too due to which he has pain.what should I do.prescribe some medicine and painkiller , fever medicine too.

A. yes,yojcan give him syp crocin or ibugesic in right dose. give lots of fkuids to your baby. apply honey on mouth ulcers to sooth it. consult your doctor once
