I have 2year baby boy, he is not feeling good last 4 days he having vomitting and motion and I gave paracetamol syrup,while taking medicine feeling ok after few hours again same, from today he have high fever and I gave adol syrup from Saudi Arabia, if any good medicin for him if you suggest that will be very great full

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment ihalong with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fevyer than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
