Q.
I have 2 daughters 3yr and 5yr respectively. Since today afternoon both of them started complaining stomach pain associated with fever. No vomiting or diarrhea associated. Kindly suggest medication. Thanks

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your children are suffering from abdominal pain and fever which is most commonly due to food poisoning so give fever medicine like paracetamol syrup and cyclopam syrup for tummy ache
