I had taken injection back side when I went for c section delivery, every one said it is a lifetime pain. is it like the reason I get back pain frequently

A. Back pain after c section is from spinal anesthesia n certain hormonal changes are reason. Take hot water bath with adding salt daily. Simple yoga exercises or breathing exercises can help instil calm within your body as well.
