I had stopped giving calshine p drops after my baby turned 1 year. But my new pediatrician asked us to restart calshine p drops and continue till baby is 5 years old. Is it really needed ?

Author of questionFather of a 4 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Actually we didn’t do any blood tests for any parameters. we just went to consult him for viral fever and then he prescribed calshine p drops also till 5 years.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no need to use unless there is deficiency. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
