I had seasarion on dec252021 i want to loss my belly fat it looks as it is after delivery also.... plzz suggest me how to loose my belly fat

A. Dear mum, exercises for belly fat reduction should be started at least after a resting period of 6 weeks after c section. Since you have undergone c section, a week earlier, you should not strain your self. Also, before starting exercises, you should consult your doctor to check if your wounds have healed.
