I had pumped milk at night and stored it in sterlized glass container 5 hours ago. can I use it to feed my child or i discard it?

If it wasn’t the room temperature then it would not be visible to use because it gets quite a room temperature and it is anyways to put these days so that you cannot use it and if you kept it in the refrigerator then you can use it it would not be an issue
