I had my tubes tight 3 years ago. Now I missed my period for a week and pregnancy test is negative. What should I do?

Consult your gynaecologist they may need to just run an ultrasound to know what’s the problem a lot of times hormones get disturbed in the body and it can lead to delay in the period so you can check with your doctor without confirmation anything cannot be provided
