Q.

i had my periods on 21 March 2023 and today I had right breast heavy and when i pressing a drop of white substance (may be colostrum) what will be the reason?

A. Can you check with your doctor maybe there is some discomfort over there because this is not connected with pregnancy or anything it would just be due to some hormonal changes in the body that you are facing this issue to have a better clarity will have to have to get a check with your gynaecologist
