on 21 march i have my periods and after 10 days of period i saw spots.. and 14th day i am again having same

A. it may be present due to hormonal changes so no need to worry just take adequate rest have timely intake of food which will help reduce the Complaints if not reduced within 15 to 20 days you can consult with your doctor for examination one
