Q.

I had my delivery on 14, July. now I got my period on 20 September but from yesterday the flow is more. o noticed after that the breast milk supply has decreased. does period impact on breast milk supply. because my baby is on breastfeeding only and she is feeling hungry due to less milk supply.

A. good afternoon yes it can have an impact on the breast milk supply I would recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavri with milk twice in a day to improve the milk production in the body
