I had my delivery in January 2022. I want to use abdominal belt . Am I too late will it be of any use now??? Plz reply

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be ggiven regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine genderal you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
