Q.
I had my c sec on 8th sep 2022.. So from when I should start using the post maternity belt., also til now I m having pain in my stiches.. So is it safe to use frm now or I should wait

it helped me in getting up from by bed and moving around
bending while cleaning baby or changing diapers
less pain if u climb stairs
and also if u have cough
if u want to use doe reducing fat, i am not sure about if

please take rest and please consult your doctor prior to use the belt
as it's not scientifically proven thar the belt is useful in reducing the fat
please take rest and supplements as suggested by your doctor
