Q.

i had milk blister in left breast. i m breastfeeding mom. blister goes by its own in 5 days but i feel pain on left side. what to do?

A. if there is pain you can apply nipcare ointment and take paracetamol tablets for relief of pain you can use in nipple shield also . . . . . .

A. hello mum initially to get relief you can do hot aur cold compression which give you more relieve but it should be told Rebel and after that you can give yourself massage with the warm olive oil in the circular motion is still after that there is pain then you can consult with the gynecologist sometimes even antibiotic is needed
