Q.

I had low supply of breastmilk after c section for about a month. Due to which I was feeding formula milk and sometimes Breast milk. The amount did improve but was not sufficient for my baby. However, I was not able to breast feed baby for few days due to some reasons which led to even low milk supply. Now I wish restart lactation and wish to exclusively breast feed baby. Is it possible? How?

A. Lactare tablets helped improve my milk supply. Consult with your gynaec and take it accordingly.

A. U Should actually start having lactation medicines after consulting your gynaecologist or paediatrician ones it will help in improving your lactation then you can probably start with lactating your child after that otherwise in the meanwhile you should continue with formula feeding only
