I had delivered my second baby boy on 23 April 20 via NVD.my first periods after delivery came on 20 nov with threatening pain in my abdomen for all the three days.. in December peroids missed... in jan periods came on 7 with normal pain bt high quantity of bleeding.... now on feb 8 periods came with the same unbearable pain nd excessive bleeding..... i feel exhausted nd weak from inside... during dealing with my daily chores I feel dizzy... pls help nd suggest the solution
