Q.

i had completed one month of abortion and bleeding stopped for 20 days and today again started.how many months gap should I take for planning pregnancy again.currently I am taking folic acid and zincovit also can I travel

A. three months. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used.
