Q.

I had chest pain and pains in both arms and throat and upper back doc took ecg and told it is normal and it is gastric but still symptoms didn’t subside should I be worried or ecg alone is enough to rule out heart problems

A. hi as such you should not worry about it please follow your doctor's advice. take small and frequent meal. avoid taking gas generating food like potatoes,gram flour etc for now. you can take two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt,few drops of lemon juice and ginger juice , early in morning stay active.
