Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent c yes of course you can begin with yoga. Yoga is a very relaxing way of doing exercises and can help you reduce withouy giving much pain and exhertion.
Do not go for proper exercises as that can hinder with stitches that are not fully dissolve.
Else yoga is good.
