I had c section delivery two months before, from that time I'm facing severe constipation, im taking duphalac , but my issue can't resolve. plzz suggest me effective laxative,I'm diabetic too

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. relieve constipation probably medicines are a temporary measures you have to take diet rich in fibre which is abundantly present in green leafy vegetables and fruits take adequate water which is important to soften stool

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Please don't use RO water as it's demineralized. Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take Probiotics more in diet. Take sunbath daily Take tomato soup, sweet corn soup and moong soup
