If u had c section after six months, consult with your doctor once and if the doctor confirms the internal stitches should have healed then you can start exercising. For now u can do slow pace exercises like walking. After 6 months, You can go for ab exercises or yoga like bhujangasana or pavanmukthasana or Surya namaskar on a regular basis starting with mild ones and gradually increasing the complexity. Also take care of your diet. Avoid junk and include healthy fruits and vegetables. Regarding Breastmilk, Have lot of skin to skin sessions with your baby. This is called kangaroo therapy. It improves Breastmilk, improves baby weight and encourages Breastfeeding. And the key is to feed frequently which will inturn increase your milk supply. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed ur milk supply will increase. Garlic or Garlic milk, fenugreek seeds, nuts, oats, green leafy vegetables, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pulses. Including these in your daily diet can increase milk supply. Also check with your gynecologist and get some supplement like galact granules prescribed. It can also increase breastmilk.
