Q.

I had C-sec delivery 1.5 month back. bleeding has slowed down. Also I have started with a few exercises from the last 5 days. now, the bleeding flow has increased. what could be the reason? has my periods started? or it is due to excercise?

A. since your delivery was just 1.5 months back and you have immediately started exercising yes this may cause risk factors to your health as you need at least 3 to 4 months rest after delivery you can do normal activities but exercising should be avoided till 4 months at least

A. There can be irregularities in bleeding till 3months due to hormones. Mild exercise is ok. Avoid junk greasy food.

A. You might have some bleeding for up to 6 weeks. Check with your doctor, nurse or midwife if the bleeding gets heavier rather than lighter, you have a sudden heavy blood loss or large clots after the first few days, the blood smells bad, your uterus feels tender or sore, or you're still bleeding after 6 weeks.
