you can do normal activities but exercising should be avoided till 4 months at least
sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. harmones can be reason.. if u r breastfeeding completely then u can't get periods upto 6 months.. if u r weak then ur body need rest at this time.. there is no hurry to do workout atleast 3 months until ur internal wounds recover completely.. go for a checkup ur doctor will suggest u better

Check with your doctor, nurse or midwife if the bleeding gets heavier rather than lighter, you have a sudden heavy blood loss or large clots after the first few days, the blood smells bad, your uterus feels tender or sore, or you're still bleeding after 6 weeks.
