I had an LFT test done. My AST (SGOT) is 253 U/L, ALT (SGPT) is 284 U/L, and ALP is 309.8 U/L, which are significantly elevated. I’m experiencing full-body itching, and a tight feeling in my stomach

Talk to your doctor what cream can you apply on the skin which will help in reducing it because as per the figures they will tell you what’s meant to be done and if your stomach is feeling tight then check with your doctor because you’re not given any details about yourself you’ve just mentioned the problem that you are having in the test that you have done
