Q.

I had a normal vaginal delivery 6 weeks before and I am exclusively breast feeding my baby, still I got my periods back. is it good or bad?

A. Hi parent It's normal to have irregular periods after delivery especially because you are breast feeding your baby. But do breast feed your baby as it's very essential for her. after gradually stoppujg the breast feeding you. might get regular Periods.
