I had a normal delivery at November 2022 and I'm not gaining weight. I'm 22 years old and have only 36 kg. what can i do to gain weight fastly?

A. dear mum consult doctor take supplements as prescribed have a balanced diet increase 2 portion of healthy food as compared to before have small frequent meals protein and energy rich foods 5 to 6 serving of vegetables and fruits adequate rest
