I had a more weight loss.how to gain weight for myself

A. Hello mom , make sure you are taking necesaary supplements as suggested by the doctor, also would suggest to take rest when ever possible and take care of your diet, and eat foods in good forms, so have milk, dry fruits , panjiri, rice, roti, millets as well. also dals , fruits and vegetables.

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet please take daily sun light please avoid stress and take proper sleep
