A. you can use Mamaearth Rose merry hair fall oil.and shampoo combo to reduce hair fall.tbey gives strength to hair too.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A good care along wiffth maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good prroduct specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
