Q.

I had a cesarean 2 months ago. I wanted to know after how long I can start workout because I gained a lot of weight because Of the operation and I want to reduce the same.

A. Hello mom at least for the first 3 to 6 months rigours exercises avoided as still your body needs rest .. so some post natal exercises recommended by your gynaecologist can be done and some yoga and walking would be helpful
