Q.
I had a c section delivery 10 months ago. Since starting my baby is on breastfeed plus formula both. I haven't got my periods back till now. My baby is taking solid food now and I feed him thrice a day and in the night. Is it normal that after 10 months of delivery my periods didn't come back

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well if you have a section n not got the cycle its ok as this is the breastfeeding phase. no neeed to panic but use abhood and regular contraception as well

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. It all depends on the hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year, both are normal. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
