Q.

I had a c sec on 20 Dec 2020,Inwould like to ask till what time my scar and stitches get heal 100%,as doing yoga I feel discomfort and even my scar is swellon and red.

A. well one more mo th and then you can do any yoga ok.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
