I had a blood test today at 9:30 but by mistake I ate 1 piece of almond around 7:30am I had given my sample I just remembered this after giving my sample will it hamper my results?

A. I don’t think so eating a piece of almond is going to make a difference but you never know how things turn out with the blood test so you can just talk to them and tell them what the situation is accordingly they give you correct that
