I had 5 months old baby..I had c section.my tummy look like 5 months pregnant..can u plss tell me good exercise s n diet plan link..plsss

A. You should take care of two things like first is diet avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweets intake and start some physical exercise in your daily routine like yoga under expert guidance

A. hello actually you can just start off with little exercise if you are comfortable enough like once the baby starts off with the top food you can start off with little bit of diet also but right now I just tried to concentrate on little bit of workout
