I had 2 deliveries with 1 1/2 year gap and my second child is now 2 years and 3 months still breastfeeding..Recently I had hair loss and hair thining ,pimples in my face. can you suggest me reason ramadies

A good time for you to quit breastfeeding otherwise over the period you’re going to face more issues in terms of quitting breastfeeding and your health also right now you’re probably deficit of iron multivitamin and calcium and secondly we had deliveries in a very small span of time the body and their hair is not able to accept it that way so you should have supplements regularly oil your hair would use good shampoo and consultant dermatologist
