Q.

I got my menses 4 months after c section. the blood quantity was too less and it last about 5 days. Since I got my menses, I'm experiencing reduced flow of breatmilk. What should be done as I am a breastfeeding mom ?

A. Don't worry It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
