I Got delivered 4 months Back...Now 5th month Running....it is a normal delivery....suggest me the time to start exercises....How to loše My weight

A. Hi mom , if you feelung better you can start to exercise now, but start with mild exercises like walk, yoga etc and gradually increase the intensity..Also eat healthy and balanced diet, drink lots of water.
