i got date after 2 months 5 days buy eating papaya and nuvulu vunda. can I continue eating them or should not. also can I eat egg?

A. Yes you can eat no problem and also you must engage in some physical exercise atkeast five days a week and eat a healthy nutritious diet and stay hydrated as well take care
