Q.

I got c-section delivery four months back. My stomach still didn't get reduced. It's very hard when I stand and so soft when I sleep. I hope it is a hard muscle. But how to reduce my belly. I tried tieing saree and also wearing belt, but it didn't. work. Even my naval didn't go inside.
